Surveying

The CES Survey Department has access to over 60 years of professional surveying experience under our roof. That experience is divided into 4 licensed surveyors and 8 support staff. Our staff has extensive experience dealing with Land Boundary Location, Geographic Information Systems, Photogrammetry, Advanced GPS Positioning, Automated Surveying and Mapping, Subdivision Design, Land Survey Systems (GLO Surveys) and Real Estate Law.

Services offered by the Survey Department include

Boundary Surveys

From simple lot retracements to the most complex boundary dispute, CES principals have resolved them all. Our primary client for boundary survey services are realtors with a deadline. CES is proud of our reputation providing boundary surveys on time and on budget.

Topographic Surveys

After the concept design has been agreed upon and the real estate has be purchased, the topographic survey is the next step in the development process. CES provides topographic information to the engineer, architect and/or owner detailed for each project.

Subdivision Design

With CES's GPS and GIS combinations, we take our client's development and provide various images including aerial, topographic, etc. giving the client abundant information and a very detailed picture with minimal effort.

Alta Surveys

Based on our education and experience, CES can provide ALTA surveys for the most detailed guidelines as set by lawyers and governing bodies.

Construction Layout

CES provides construction stake out for municipalities, private construction companies and residential home builders.

As-Built Surveys

CES can provide detailed As-Built Surveys. By taking the original design digital file and making this information grey-scale and combining our field certified location and elevation in color, we make it very easy to discern design from constructed.
